It’s been a long-standing dream for Arnold Schwarzenegger to come to India (like many other Hollywood celebrities who have visited India recently) and he is loving every minute of it. Upon landing in Delhi, he asked his twitter followers for suggestions for a good Indian hotel. He was flooded with plenty in no time. Finally, he zeroed in on Bukhara, the famous restaurant in ITC Maurya hotel in New Delhi.
He posted a picture on facebook with the caption “I loved the food. I’ve loved my first trip to India. Here I am with the biggest piece of naan in Delhi.”
He posted the pictures taken at the airport and the hotel. He happily posed with the restaurant staff. Take a look at the pictures.
He was in India to attend Delhi Sustainability Summit and was supposed to give an award to Abhishek Bachchan. He mentioned that as well “Besides the food, I had a great time speaking to the Delhi Sustainability Summit. I’ll share the video as soon as I have it! Congrats on the Green Globe, @juniorbachchan. More celebrities should be pumping up green progress. I’ll be back, & we should get together.”
