Priyanka Chopra is an accomplished actress who doesn’t shy away from unusual roles, as she recently proved again with ‘7 Khoon Maaf’. Currently she is taking on the role of a girl suffering from a psychological disorder in Anurag Basu’s ‘Barfi’. Priyanka and her director feel that normal ways of acting wouldn’t do the role justice. So Priyanka asked for the shooting to be postponed to give her more time for preparing herself. It’s said that the actress even cancelled her social life for the last two weeks.
Priyanka would have prefered to get even more time to prepare, but shooting couldn’t wait forever. Reportedly filming started on March 24th, with only the most necessary crew members, male lead Ranbir Kapoor and director Anurag Basu around. Priyanka requested utmost privacy, since she is very nervous about this role and wants to get it absolutely right.
Coincidentally filming for Priyanka’s other new movie, ‘Agneepaath’, got delayed, too.

That’s a touching story. I grew up on the old Amitabh Bachan moives, those oldies were amazing. Don’t really watch much Bollywood anymore, but I liked 3 Idiots last year and it was great!
